Parcom is more than just another provider of capital. We are builders of great companies. We aim to contribute value to companies. The process of value building requires time and a long-term commitment. Parcom is a long-term investor that can support longer-term growth strategies. Some of our companies have been in our portfolio for over 10 years and are still growing in value.

Our way of working is characterised by a personal approach and a short decision-making process. When assessing a potential investment we focus on the management team and on the market position of the company. If required, we are able to introduce new management. When we are convinced the opportunity is right, we are able to act swiftly, without time-consuming approval procedures.

Parcom prefers to acquire a substantial minority interest in order to fulfil its role as company builder. If necessary, Parcom can take a majority shareholding. Parcom strongly stimulates shareholdership among key managers of the companies in which it invests.

Parcom is closely involved with its companies. Our own people will take board seats and act as an active sparring partner or sounding board for the management. Apart from formal board meetings, Parcom puts a strong emphasis on frequent informal contacts with management. We understand entrepreneurs as we are entrepreneurs ourselves.
